Randal specialises in strength and conditioning, pilates (mat & reformer), and also works with referral clients (clients who have health issues but have been cleared by GP for exercise under supervision). 

He caters the training session to the client's requests and their needs, pull from several disciplines to provide a well rounded program which constantly challenges you in a dynamic way. 

Fitness is a lifestyle adjustment and there is not ONE way to approach it.
